Terms of Use

By using pgfence, you agree to use the website and software responsibly and to follow the license and usage terms that apply to the open-source CLI and any separate service terms you may sign for Cloud design-partner access.

Open-source software

The CLI, docs, and public repository are distributed under the MIT License unless a file says otherwise. The website does not grant any rights beyond what that license already provides.

Cloud services

The Cloud pages currently describe an exploratory design-partner path, not a generally available self-serve hosted product. Any Cloud access, support, or acceptable-use terms are handled through direct agreement, and the public website does not offer self-serve signup, account creation, or login today.

Privacy and contact

If you contact us about governance, design-partner access, or security review, you are choosing to start a direct business conversation. That does not create a customer account or give you access to a hosted workspace unless a separate agreement says so.

Warranty disclaimer

pgfence is provided on an as-is basis. It is designed to reduce migration risk, not eliminate it. You remain responsible for testing, review, and deployment decisions.
